Pricing
Our fee is added on top of the price you set and paid by the buyer, so nothing comes out of your ticket money. It is rupees a ticket rather than a percentage of it, so a ₹2,000 ticket costs the same to sell as a ₹200 one — we quote the rate against whatever you are paying now. Listing costs nothing, there is no monthly charge, and a free event carries no fee at all.

₹20,000 of it goes in fees
You keep the full ticket price. Our fee is added to what the buyer pays rather than taken out of your money, so it is not in the figures above at all — the only thing deducted from you is the payment gateway's own charge, shown here as Razorpay's 2% plus 18% GST on their fee. That gateway figure is an estimate and the honest worst case: UPI is routinely zero-rated, so most organisers do better than this. The comparison assumes the other platform takes its commission out of the ticket price, which is the usual arrangement.
The payment gateway's own charge, which is Razorpay's and not ours — it depends on how each buyer pays. If you would rather run payments through your own Razorpay account, you can: money then never touches us, and we bill the platform fee separately.
