MILES & BEDAZZLING 🏃‍♂️✨🎶 This Sunday, we're taking our usual community run and adding a little creativity, personality and music to it. Start with a refreshing 3K community run, get moving with the community and finish with a proper cool-down. Then it’s time to BEDAZZLE YOUR CUP! ✨☕ Everyone gets their own coffee glass and the creative part begins. Pick your colours, stickers, markers and decorations and turn a simple coffee glass into something completely your own. Once your cup is ready, leave a little piece of yourself on the Miles With Loca Memory Board — write a note, a thought, a favourite moment or simply what keeps bringing you back to the community. 📝 And finally, we FLOW WITH MUSIC. 🎶🔥 Feel-good tracks, high-energy music, simple dance moves and one big group celebration to wrap up the morning.
